[Bug 693708] [NEW] Kubuntu notification area window animation coming from right side of screen

1) I'm running Kubuntu 10.10
2) kdebase-runtime version is 4:4.5.1-0ubuntu3.1

With TwinView enabled, items in the notification area, as well as popup
windows such as the calendar and the KDE menu come all the way across
the screen from the right side. Also, the alt-f2 menu is animated from
the bottom and stops in the middle of the screen, instead of popping in
from the top.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Dock the KDE panel on the "inner" side of the primary screen of a TwinView setup.
2. Open the calendar, KDE menu, network menu, battery menu, mail menu, physical media menu, etc. Observe animation appearing from the right side of the screen.
3. For bonus points press alt-f2.

Expected behavior:
Animations should appear from the side of the screen that the panel is located.
