Removing
################################################################################
[Devices][/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/volume_uuid_30040C1F040BE726]
EverMounted=true
ForceAttachAutomount=false
ForceLoginAutomount=false
Icon=drive-harddisk
LastNameSeen=OS
LastSeenMounted=false
################################################################################
from ~/.kde/share/config/kded_device_automounterrc fixes the problem.

ForceLoginAutomount is set to false.
Shouldn't that prevent the dialog on session startup?
