This bug was fixed in sip4-qt3 (4.7.4-1ubuntu1) intrepid; urgency=low

  * Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
    - install sipconfig.py files in python-sip4 (not -dev) needed for Guidance
      modules
  * dropped Conflicts/Replaces: python2.4-sip4, this was only needed
    for dapper->hardy
