Binary package hint: konversation

Konversation 1.2.3 has just been released. It contains a lot of bugfixes. Please update it in Lucid to 1.2.3, because the version in Lucid now is an Git-version: 1.2.1+git20100204-0ubuntu1
We don't want users having to use a Git-version in an LTS, right?
