Well, it is. But Launchpad isn't any better for this particular use
case.

If the report was: "kpk got a crappy UI because x is not discoverable
and y is non-intuitive ..." it would highlight particular defects that
can be worked on. But completely redoing the UI is a too large and
complex a task to be worked on as a bug. It just involves too much
discussion and trials and is itself made out of various milestones that
cannot be tracked here, so ultimately this report is as useful as
dropping a mail to kubuntu-devel at lists.ubuntu.com.

Anyhow, on general remark I would like to note that we do not have the
resources to do this, so it would be better to tell the upstream
developers directly that the UI is crap and in particular why it is.
