[Bug 502879] [NEW] mouse-scrolling don't reach the end of file

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdesdk

When I have opened a file and try to scroll down with the mouse,
scrolling sometimes stopped about ten lines before the end. So the last
line can not be seen using only the mouse.

When I move down with the keyboard, no problem at all.
After going to the end with the keyboard, mouse-scrolling works well.

The file where the bug happened was C++ code (header or source code) and
was about 100 lines long (not the same length for all). But some other
C++ file works well.

I am working on kubuntu 9.10 with KDE 4.3.2. kate has the version 3.3.2
