[Bug 406246] [NEW] can't use right click menu ark functions under kdesudo dolphin

In Dolphin, right click menu has ark functions intergrated, which works fine in normal condition. 
But ark functions doesn't work under "kdesudo dolphin"  this kind of (root privilege)condition.

Do I need to report this to KDE either?
