[Bug 506945] [NEW] ksplashx default theme does not update

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace-data

When you update to a newer version of KDE (eg. from 4.3 to 4.4), KDE splash screen does not (visually) update. This does not look very nice to a new user to see the old splash screen, the new KDM screen and the old splash screen again after the update.
The solutions seems to be quite easy, delete the old cached splash screen image during the update, it is located in the /home/user/.kde/cache-user-laptop/ksplashx/ directory. This bug seems to me to be a good one for One Hundred Papercuts.
