[Bug 512275] [NEW] cryptsetup should be installed when trying to mount an encrypted partition from kde device notifier

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: plasma-widgets-workspace

plasma-widgets-workspace package doesn't require cryptsetup, so, when an
encrypted device is found it is shown by kde device notifier, and when
it is clicked the password is asked, but then the user has no feedback
that cryptsetup is missing and that the device cannot be unlocked.
