[Bug 602919] [NEW] Appcontrol should not show app name if plasma-widget-menubar is visible

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

The plasma-widget-menubar should show the name of the application (it
doesn't yet), but once it does, the appcontrol widget should not
duplicate this if the menubar widget is showing it.
