[Bug 597393] [NEW] kded4 creates dangling zombie children

Public bug reported:

Just by rebooting the computer, after relogin into KDE, kded4 has a
dangling zombie child. On my netbook which I often hibernate, I had more
than 9330 such zombie processes until I rebooted.
