Ok, looking at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/lucid/+source/kpackagekit/+index and at the
upstream tarball at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/lucid/+source/kpackagekit/0.5.4-0ubuntu3/+files/kpackagekit_0.5.4.orig.tar.gz,
it seems that the 'kpackagekit-0.5.4/po/uk/' folder contains the Czech
translation instead of the Ukranian one.

That's what's happening here, so I guess the upstream tarball should be
fixed first.
