[Bug 538509] [NEW] Click required to change categories with Kickoff

Binary package hint: kdebase

Kubuntu set the option that the user needs to click on categories like
favourites, applications, system etc.. This is not upstream KDE SC
behaviour and does not make any sense or improves usability. Please set
it back to default.
