[Bug 539092] [NEW] System Activity shows wrong values for CPU %

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

The CPU % column in the System Activity (which you get when you press
Ctrl + Esc or select "Show System Activity" in the krunner) shows wrong
values - you can see a comparison on the screenshot. The values don't
seem to be current/updated at all.
