Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kdebase-runtime
After I plug a usb-soundcard into my computer, my "ALSA default output"
dissapears from the multimedia settings.
Sound in kde applications seems to be silent too. Non-kde applications
seem to give normal sount ouput.
Reeboting doesn't help.
If I run /usr/bin/systemsettings as an other user, I can see my "ALSA
default output" again.
