[Bug 540170] [NEW] Opening Dolphin Opens Second Background Window With Nothing In It

Using KDE Development Platform 4.4.1 (KDE 4.4.1)

Just opening Dolphin from either the menu or the panel applet causes a
second window titled Dolphin to open which is filled with whatever is
behind it. I've attached a screenshot where it has the desktop wallpaper
but if there was say a browser window open then it would contain that
instead. I can send it to another desktop and it will still contain that
image so a refresh doesn't help.
