[Bug 547005] [NEW] PulseAudio and Jack Audio Connection Kit not installed, but Multimedia section of System configuration show it

Public bug reported:

I use Kubuntu Lucid since Alpha 2. 
PulseAudio and Jack Audio Connection Kit not installed, but I see it in Multiomedia section of System configuration.
When I try to playback test sound using it I get expected error - it's not work.
So, why I see PulseAudio and Jack in Multimedia applet?
