[Bug 550000] [NEW] konsole/systemsettings/dolphin starts up slowly

Running " strace -e poll -T konsole" from xterm reves me a short by
anoying delay in the startup of konsole.  I have no other konsole-
instance running. The delay is also happening when running dolphin and
systemsettings.
