[Bug 573297] [NEW] authorization window appears below other windows

Binary package hint: kpackagekit

When installing or removing software, the authorization window that
prompts for your password appears below all other windows and has no
focus.   You have to minimize all windows or select the window from the
taskbar to make it appear.  It should appear above the main window of
kpackagekit with focus.
