I don't think jokes blaming us for uncontrollable circumstances are
funny. We get blamed enough for stuff as it is.

And if you really, really want to get technical, we're still in final
freeze, and it's not as if 1.6.3 was touted as a major bugfix release or
even announced anywhere other than the website.
