  KDE panels aligned to the left and right border change position after
  login, it seems like the position are wrongly saved.
  
  How i do reproduce it
  Put a panel at the top set a maximum width.
  Put a panel al the left on the screen, then center and size it to fit nice on the vertical space left by the top panel.
- The logout and login and the panel is not any more centered and the "size markers" are misplaced respect to the actual position of the panel (see the attached screen-shot)
