Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: digikam
Digikam image editor should have a 'red eye correction' tool in the 'enhance' menu
This menu entry has disappeared.
I think this a regression from Karmic.
There is a patch for this bug in KDE bug tracker
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=234545 , see comment #2.
