[Bug 633008] Re: [Maverick] kpackagekit won't honor apt proxy setings

I added the proxy settings to etc/PackageKit/PackageKit.conf and
kpackagekit still ignores it when trying to download packages. here is
my /etc/PackageKit/PackageKit.conf tell me if I am doing anything wrong
