Binary package hint: kdebase-runtime

This happens for quite a while now. every time I start my notebook, I
usually read my mails and news using kontact. after about 30 to 60
minutes, the fans start to run like crazy. every time, this is caused by
knotify that runs on 100% of one CPU core (and it doesn't seem to come
to an end).
