mentors at lists.debian.org/msg54614.html>, a similar plugin exists for
another desktop search program, pinot, and the deskbar plugin for it
that imported Handler stopped working with deskbar-applet 2.20, so until
strigi's deskbar plugin is fixed, its package should be changed to rely
on deskbar-applet < 2.20.
