Timo, there is no point, since you are the requester *you* need to
request. This has many reasons but the most important one is that the
upstream developers might want to talk to you if they have furhter
questions, suggestions or whatever. So if we proxy forward bugs it
mostly takes away this important ability and renders the forwarded bug
next to useless. If someone does not care enough to invest a few minutes
to report the bug, then most certainly the developers have their time
spent better on fixing a bug that someone actually cares about.

Scott, it is really not about whether something is useful to have in a
category, but whether it belongs there. So actually building up on that,
Quassel ought to install a desktop file with KDE category iff built with
KDE support, and without if qt-only. Quite frankly I would not find it
worth the apparent effor that would be required to archive that. At any
rate it should be decied upstream.
