[Bug 667997] [NEW] designer-qt4 cannot start (SIGSEGV) when kde libs installed

Public bug reported:

I use ubuntu 10.10 with gnome and I only have skrooge installed, so I
have the kdelibs installed too. I can not start the qt4 designer it
crashes every time, same for the qt4 creator when I open a ".ui" file.
(Also the qt4 creator crashes randmely)

qt4 designer start :

If I remove skrooge and all the kde libraries then it works fine.
