[Bug 644720] [NEW] Dragging QIconViewItems in QIconView widgets leaves garbage trails on screen

Public bug reported:

Dragging QIconViewItems in QIconView widgets leaves garbage trails on
screen.  This is especially obnoxious when moving the icons at high or
very low speeds.

I have traced the problem to kubuntu_09_flickerfree_qiconview.diff in
the debian/patches folder.  This patch should be disabled, as it causes
a far worse problem than slight icon flickering.
