Can you please check with 'apt-cache policy kdepim-runtime' which
version of kdepim you are using? From what I see
akonadi_davgroupware_resource is part of kdepim-runtime
4:4.5.94.1-0ubuntu1~ppa1 which is only available in ppa:kubuntu-
ppa/experimental, not in the natty archive. And the website you linked
to does say it's part of KDEPIM 4.6
