[Bug 773844] [NEW] Integrate akregator with the messaging indicator

Binary package hint: kdepim

When the messaging indicator is available, akregator should use it
instead of a notification area icon, showing the number of unread
messages per each feed the way it is done in liferea in Ubuntu.
