[Bug 825536] [NEW] FFe: Switch from pysupport to dh_python2

Public bug reported:

During the conversion effort we missed kdeadmin/system-config-printer-
kde.  Patch attached.

As an added bonus, this now correctly calculates the python dependency.
The pysupport integration was broken and didn't.
