[Bug 828300] [NEW] libqt4-dbus 4:4.7.3-4ubuntu5 cannot call qdbus

Public bug reported:

Upgraded my Oneriric desktop tonight using sudo aptitude safe-upgrade
and libqt4-dbus 4:4.7.3-4ubuntu5 package causes a X window to appear
with the following message: "Could not start D-Bus. Can you call
qdbus?". Using qdbus via a command line suggests that component is not
installed. The KDM login screen then appears although entering my
details causes the same message to appear and then you are sent back to
the KDE login screen ad infintium until you restart or start a virtual
terminal.

Had to downgrade to libqt4-dbus 4:4.7.3-4ubuntu4 in order to get back to
a usuable desktop.
