[Bug 828360] [NEW] FFe: Build for multiarch

Public bug reported:

gtk2-engines-oxygen should be multiarch co-installable.

Risk: Low, worst thing that can happen is that the theme stops working.

Benefit: Foreign arch applications (and the flash right-click menu)
integrate well into the Kubuntu desktop.
