[Bug 830783] [NEW] kde-config-touchpad is missing it's plasma widget

Public bug reported:

I am unable to configure Synaptiks' options to disable  the touchpad
when typing as the plasma widget that provides this and some other
options is not available.

This is in both Natty and Oneiric, and was available in Maverick
