[Bug 747325] Re: demote sqlite, or remove it from the archive

Steve/Matthias fixed php5 (FTBFS on amd64, though) and I fixed balula
yesterday, so the only remaining rdepends is now libdbi-drivers. We
could drop the build dep and the binary libdbd-sqlite package; the only
reverse dependency of it is

Package: interchange-cat-standard
Depends: debconf (>= 0.5) | debconf-2.0, libwww-perl, interchange (>= 5.3.0), interchange-ui (>= 5.3.0), libdbd-sqlite | libdbd-mysql-perl | libdbd-pg-perl, dbconfig-common

so we would not even break this by removing libdbd-sqlite.
