[Bug 834550] [NEW] Can't resize windows when in tiling mode

I'm using the nightly 2011.8.25.

How to reproduce the bug: 
0. Start the live CD
1. Enable tiling mode
2. Open two Dolphin windows
3. Try to resize them so there is one wider and one narrow.
-> it doesn't work
