Yes,

In Ubuntu 11.04 + KDE 4.6.5 (Kontact 4.4.10)

Attached calendar has one event that repeats Monday &
Wednesday from Aug 29 to Dec 26.

The generated free-busy (also attached) shows 9 repetitions
of the same period from Aug 31 - Sep 30.  That is also
attached, as is the screenshot of what kmail displays.

There are 9 recurrences of the event between now and Sept 30,
but it has the start and end dates/times incorrect.

I bet this is a pretty simple bug ....
