[Bug 898717] [NEW] Muon doesn't show nitification about updates available

Public bug reported:

Muon doesn't show nitification in tray about new updates available.

1) Kubuntu 11.10
2) 1.2.1-0ubuntu1
3) I expected to see a notification about new updates available to install.
4) There is nothing happend instead

I'm sure the new updates available because after runing:

apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

the new updates installed

P.S. The show notifications about new updates option in Muon settings is
on.
