Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace
My desktop menu is enabled as a right click context menu via the desktop
settings. Even after multiple fresh installs the problem persists.
Either the icons for knows programs are missing (replaced by ? icon) or
switch to ? icon when hovered upon with a pointer. Same thing happens to
kicker launcher as plasmoid or integrated to the taskbar.
Refer to screenshot for details.
