[Bug 713662] [NEW] KNetworkManager in KDE 4.6 does not connect to wifi network after logging out and then back in

In Kubuntu 10.10 after updgrading to KDE 4.6 and also in 11.04 alpha 2, if you log out from KDE and then log back in KNetworkManager canot reconnect you to wifi network. Only a reboot to the computer solves the problem.
I can reproduce this bug every time.
