The oxygen icon theme contains a swapped pair of icons for the mime type
text/plain and text/css:

/usr/share/icons/oxygen/22x22/mimetypes/text-css.png contains the plain text icon
/usr/share/icons/oxygen/22x22/mimetypes/text-plain.png contains the CSS icon
