TEST CASE: install Kubuntu 10.04, update to latest lucid-updates
packages, upgraade to 10.10 following
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/MaverickUpgrades/Kubuntu, kdepim
packages will be removed due to changed libraries etc

install Kubuntu 10.04, update to latest lucid-updates packages, enable
lucid-proposed, upgraade to 10.10 following
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/MaverickUpgrades/Kubuntu, kdepim
packages will be upgraded
