Public bug reported:
After login, kdeinit will show up twice in a process monitor, saying
each process taking up 100% cpu time (while it is just 100% in total,
not 100% per core). It has to be killed manually with sudo rights and a
sigstop, as it won't react on a sigkill (that seems the standard code in
htop). On another crash without killed kdeinit, another two processes
will show up, taking another 100%, which is now full load on a dual
core...
