[Bug 688881] [NEW] Wireless broadband not automatically set up with Kubuntu

If I plug a wireless broadband dongle into a computer running Ubuntu, I
am asked what provider I am using so that it can be configured for that
particular provider. If I plug the same dongle into Kubuntu I am
expected to provide my own information to configure it correctly.
