Public bug reported:
Current state:
/usr/lib/cli/qt-dotnet-4.5/libqyoto.so refers to /usr/lib/cli/qt-
dotnet-4.5/libqyoto.so.2 which does not exist.
Expected state:
/usr/lib/cli/qt-dotnet-4.5/libqyoto.so refers either directly to
/usr/lib/libqyoto.so.2 or to another symlink which then properly refers
to /usr/lib/libqyoto.so.2.
This makes QApplication constructor in C# applications throwing
TypeInitializationException.
