[Bug 806490] [NEW] need help

I have the Qt Creator 1.3.1,Based on Qt 4.6.2 (32 bit),Built on Sep 30
2010 at 15:25:12. I want to upgrade it to new version. How to do it? Can
anyone provide me the Upgrade package which gets me new version of
QtCreator and also MeeGo SDK
