Public bug reported:

I have a Logitech USB headset and when I try to make it the default
device for the audio recording section or any of the subsections they do
not stay. I make the changes, hit apply and close systemsettings. When
I open it back up and check the same sections, they have all reverted.
This was not an issue in natty. The goal I am trying to achieve is to
have pulseaudio default to using my headset for all communications when
I plug it in. The settings stay for the Audio Playback section.
