[Bug 634636] [NEW] KDE 4.5 Get New Stuff not working all the time

In Kubuntu Maverick, sometimes the "Get New Stuff" functionality simply
doesn't work. I was able to install an icon set, for instance, but no
"installed" (KDE tells me they are installed) comic strip sets can
actually be chosen and used.

The same happens when trying to install KDM themes. They show up as
installed (in the Get New Stuff dialog) but they don't appear in the KDM
themes list.
