On Natty 11.04 AMD64, I am using Kmail as my default mail client, but it
is not possible to select Kmail from gnome-default-applications-
properties. It is not even possible to give a command line option as in
older Ubuntu versions, only Opera, Opera Next, Evolution are shown.
