[Bug 798885] [NEW] Holidays are listed in French

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdepim

The Calendar panel of Kontact displays holidays in French for whatever
reason. System language is English. I've tried switching the Holiday
information to another country then back to Canada but that accomplishes
nothing (Note: other countries seem to have their holidays in a language
proper to that country. Perhaps Canada needs Canada (English) and Canada
(French)).
